How We Work

Start with the problem. Stay through the response.

We use a simple test: who needs this, what changes for them, and what happens after they ask for help?

Our process

Four questions keep the work honest.

01

Define the person and problem.

Impact, to us, means a clear path from an idea to something that actually helps someone. First, we define the problem in plain language and identify the person who experiences it. If the audience is everyone, the idea is usually not specific enough yet.

02

Map the full response.

Next, we map the whole response. For a guide, that means the decision it helps someone make. For a safety tool, that means who receives the alert, what context they get, how it escalates, and who can act.

03

Test the smallest useful version.

Then we look for the smallest useful version that can be tested. A clear checklist used by fifty families can teach more than a broad campaign that reaches thousands but changes nothing.

04

Grow only what works.

We support growth only after the work is usable, responsible, and tied to a real delivery path.
